yesterday was about 10 points in bread and then like 20 in chinese food for dinner. The day before was similar. and Today is the first day of the week for me.
1 roll=2 (i make them they are very small)
coffee
herring and garbanzo beans =3 +2
baskin robbins fro yo= (as per here) 4 points for a med?
11 points... sounds right so I have 11 more :) I hope I stay within today. I love being skinny and want to feel that feeling again!

Im sick of trying to lose weight and not following through. Ive lost 40 . and now I have about 10-20 to go. and its up a pound down 2 up 5 down 3. ACK!!!

ACKK! SO I know when I journal Im guaranteed to lose weight. I do. It does work. But I cant. I cant journal. I lose the book Im writing on. Then When Im in the Kitchen its in the office. When Im in the office its in my car. And the points slider?? That's .... WHO KNOWS WHERE???
Im wayyy to cheap to use etiology. SOHO I tried journal to success- but it is a tad clunky. First of all it doesn't carry over my points right... Anyway Im trying to find out a solution to my problem.
Journal to success is what I am using but hoping I can find a cleaner version online somewhere. If someone has a file to send me (I know there are a few out there) that would be AWESOME!!
